Dr. Stanley Xu is president, Chief Executive Officer for Longwell Company. He co-founded the company in 1992 and expanded the business from owning few hundred units apartment building to today's over 2,000 unit's apartments, and still growing.
Dr. Xu is seen as a pioneer in buying low cost apartment buildings, through improving both property and management, property achieves highest possible market value.
Dr. Xu is an Overseas Chinese leader of Seattle, Washington. Dr. Xu serves on the Chairman for The Alumni of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Xu has a wide Social interaction in Chinese Real Estate session.
